There was a time when I almost never started this business because I didn't think my work was good enough. I kept waiting until I felt more confident, less anxious, and closer to "perfect." Then one day I realized something... If I waited until I wasn't afraid, I might never begin. So I decided to keep going anyway. One stitch at a time. That's where Knott On Purpose was born. The name is a little play on words, but it also reminds me that every knot can be tied on purpose—with intention, with care, and with the courage to take the next step, even when it isn't perfect. Today, every piece I make is crocheted by hand in my home. My hope is that these handmade creations bring warmth, beauty, and a little encouragement into your everyday life. Because this isn't a story about becoming perfect. It's a story about taking the next stitch anyway.
