Every Knott On Purpose piece is handmade one stitch at a time with care and attention to detail. Because each item is handcrafted, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll gladly work with you to make it right.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are made especially for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, I am unable to control delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or delayed, I'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
